PeaceForge LLC provides AI automation setup, CRM configuration, workflow implementation, communication systems, and related infrastructure services for service-based businesses.

Nature of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• CRM configuration and optimization
• Automated messaging setup (SMS, email, voicemail)
• Missed call text-back systems
• Lead follow-up workflows
• Pipeline and opportunity tracking systems
• AI-assisted intake configuration
• Business automation consulting

PeaceForge LLC provides technical implementation and consulting services only. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or business results.

Client Responsibilities

By purchasing services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for all business decisions and operations
• You will provide accurate business information and access credentials
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable marketing, SMS, and communication laws
• You are responsible for maintaining your own software subscriptions (including CRM platforms, phone services, email services, etc.)

No Guarantees

Results vary based on industry, market conditions, internal processes, and business execution. PeaceForge LLC makes no guarantees regarding financial performance or business growth.

Payment & Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All setup fees are non-refundable
• Ongoing service fees (if applicable) are billed as agreed
• Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of services

Limitation of Liability

PeaceForge LLC shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Third-party platform outages
• Carrier restrictions or SMS compliance decisions

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

Third-Party Platforms

PeaceForge LLC may implement systems using third-party software platforms. We are not responsible for service interruptions, compliance determinations, or policy changes made by those platforms.
